Seeking 2 highly experienced Project Managers/SCRUM Masters for Rover/Unified Communications project and Epic Patient Flow project. These two roles requires deep Epic expertise within a specific domain and Agile/ Scrum knowledge.
Description
Skilled project manager with at least 5 years of demonstrated, strong agile/scrum experience.
Works in close collaboration with Technical Program Manager (TPM), to coach the implementation and development team around agile backlogs and scrum ceremonies.
PM1 - Has strong experience with 3rd party integrations, Epic and unified communications
PM 2 - Has strong experience with patient flow, throughput, and process improvement
Key Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, establishing and controlling
project constraints and scope
Agreeing approach to delivery within the delivery project team
Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the
individual project
Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant
leader within the project team.
Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues
Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and
contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.
Experienced (preferably certified) Scrum Master, with experience of other project frameworks, such as DASM, SafeAgile and ACP
Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer service
